Orders
Menu cakes ordered by 2pm can be delivered the same day. Custom Cake Studio designs need at least 24 hours' notice. We'll confirm every order on WhatsApp before baking.
Payment
Regular orders are paid on delivery by cash or UPI. Large or tiered event cakes may need a partial advance, which we'll agree with you first.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order free of charge up to 12 hours before the delivery slot. After that, the cake is usually already being prepared.
Freshness promise
If your cake isn't right, tell us within two hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll re-bake it free or refund you in full.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and eggs. Eggless cakes are made without eggs but may be prepared alongside them.
